Proposed loft conversion to form master bedroom, dressing area and ensuite. New staircase formed off of existing first floor landing. Two rear dormers proposed for additional headroom and rooflights to the front elevation. The existing roof of the house was removed and re-constructed with attic roof trusses and a steeper pitch to achieve maximum accommodation. Planning Permission was required to carry out this work
