We were instructed in 2018 to prepare plans for this project in Ipswich which included extensive renovations and extensions to form additional bedrooms, open plan living area, gym/annex and first floor sitting room.

Existing roof was removed with attic trusses installed to provide two additional bedrooms and a shower room on the newly formed second floor. Two storey rear extension also designed as well as the re-design of bay windows to front elevation and single storey flat roof extension to rear to form annex/gym with feature glazing.
